We do not ship to retail users, residential addresses, those who do not intend to resell, those who do not have a business license to operate, those who do not have a sales tax license. In the event you check being an end user, not having the proper licenses, registering with improper information, applying a false business name, use a residential address, or provide LuvBuds, LLC with false information, at the sole discretion of LuvBuds, your order may be cancelled and any charges received from your credit card shall be voided or refunded less 10% to handle fees and other expenses associated with your attempted purchase.
US Code 21-863 refers to ALL materials used to manufacture tobacco accessories; metal, wooden, acrylic, glass, stone, plastic, or ceramic pipes. In specific, pipes with carburation devices (third holes) are considered to be paraphernalia regardless of the material used to manufacture the pipe. Traditional tobacco accessories like pipes, cigar and cigarette holders and hookah/shisha pipes are not included in the list of Contemporary accessories. U.S. vs. Posters & Things (Supreme Court - 1996) upholds this code as the OBJECTIVE standard by which paraphernalia is judged. Further, it describes other relevant factors in this determination to include whether the owner is a licensed distributor or retailer of tobacco products. Ten states have adopted USC 21-863 as state law, three more are in the process of adoption. All other states have either less rigorous SUBJECTIVE (intent) statutes or no law on this subject at all! All of our glass pipes conform to RTDA guidelines for bowl depth and width. Your legal guardians shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of such applicable laws.

LuvBuds does not offer shipping to third parties as gifts or otherwise. We are only able to ship our product(s) to those who have purchased it and agreed to our terms and conditions. Therefore, we will only ship to the credit card holders name.
For international orders LuvBuds does not guarantee that customs will not confiscate the products ordered by you. If in the unlikely event your package is we will not refund any payments to you, and a reshipment of your order will not be possible. You are solely responsible for knowing the import restrictions on any of the products that you order and that may apply in your country of delivery.
LuvBuds accepts returns on un-used products, and a return claim must be filed within seven days of the delivery date. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. In the event that any agency confiscates any product on its way back to LuvBuds, no refund or credit may be given. Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you chose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, LuvBuds cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved for re-stocking, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued, less a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise waived by LuvBuds, LLC. If you are returning an item due to preference and not a LuvBuds error (wrong product/DOA/piece missing) and you received free shipping, you will receive a refund equal to the full purchase amount minus the cost of shipping and the 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
LuvBuds may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued usage of the Website after any changes to these Terms of Use will mean You accept those changes. Any aspect of the Website may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice at the sole discretion of LuvBuds.

Delivery Areas
LuvBuds takes no liability for Lost or stolen packages if your delivery address is a common drop site such as a mall or communal mail room. Including but not limited to: Malls, strip malls, Kiosks, share office spaces and guard towers.
DSR: Proof of delivery on packages. Signatures are not required for B2B packages. If you would like a required signature for receipt of your package you must request (before shipment) a DSR in your order notes and a DSR fee will be added to your invoice.
Expedient shipping: LuvBuds LLC can provide expedient shipping quotes via the courier service. After you are provided with the expedient shipping quotes you are responsible for the extra shipping charges. LuvBuds LLC takes no liability for delayed expedient shipping whatsoever. If an issue arises regarding expedient shipping, the issue must be resolved between you and the courier service. We will provide all the information you need to file a claim with the courier should an issue arise. By paying for expedited shipping you agree to the terms and conditions for expedient shipping and claims for expedient shipping of that of the courier chosen. Luvbuds will make no exception for liability of expedient shipment issues.
LTL: Mostly used for big orders to Alaska, PR and Hawaii (but can be quoted for any bigger order): the LuvBuds team will do its best to find the best shipping rate for your order. With larger orders, sometimes the best price is with an LTL company. We will call you and offer you the pricing through several different couriers and usually the LTL courier will be the best price. If you choose the LTL option, you agree that the shipping time is greatly extended due to the process of LTL shipping procedure. LTL shipments can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered. If you make a free shipping order ($1,250.00 or more) LuvBuds reserves the right to use an LTL company to ship your order.
Deliveries issues: Please notate your operation hours and days on your order and label it shipping notes or any other delivery instructions. This way we can pass the note to the courier. LuvBuds takes no liability for missed or undesirable package drops due to the receiver's company non operating hours and or unclear delivery locations. The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If all three attempts fail the package will be returned to the sender. When it is in transit back to us, we will have to wait for the items to come back to the warehouse to re-ship the order. You will be liable for the new shipping cost. If you do not want the order anymore the 25% restocking fee will be billed after the order returns.
Shipping address changes: Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee LuvBuds can update an address on an order, nor do we take liability for packages arriving at the original shipping address designated on the order. If there is an address updated needed after the order is placed, the Luvbuds will make every effort to help rectify the shipping address; (this may include a change of address fee, and can cause delays) to the best of our ability.
Color options for “Assorted” color/style items: Here at LuvBuds we do not offer color/style options for the “Assorted” items. As a wholesaler, we have a large distribution center with a huge amount of inventory that we provide to our clients at a great value. When we get an order in from our distributors the colors are not specified as we have ordered assorted colors as well. We do want to make our clients happy, but we can not guarantee the color selection of each order as we are bound to what the manufacturer/artist sends us as well, sometimes that's many different styles/colors, sometimes it's one style/color. But that is how we are able to bring you these staple items at such a great price. We hope this explains why we can not give you a certain color of the assorted color items, and why you may possibly get multiples of the same color on an order. Either way, we love to serve your company. If you want to put the color you would like in the order notations we will do our best to find it for you, but if we can't (don't have multiple colors to put in your order) it will be random. Third party ordering procedure: LuvBuds LLC takes no liability for unclear or out of date information advertised by third party ordering platforms. (ie…Orders.com, LeafLink, LeafTrade) If you need to update your client information on the ordering platform you use, it must be done through the platform you are using. ***orders that come in through these platforms are only what is on the order itself. If there are notations on the third party platform for your order, there is no guarantee that LuvBuds team will get them. Please send a message to customerservice@luvbuds.co for any third party order modifications.
Fraudulant orders
If an order is made through your LuvBuds account, LuvBuds LLC assumes the party ordering with your credentials is authorized to do so. Please take care to regulate your LuvBuds account information as LuvBuds LLC takes no liability for unauthorized orders that are placed from your account. If you need help updating or modifying your account, or if you suspect fraud of any kind, please contact customer service at customerservice@luvbuds.co as soon as possible.
The information contained within the site is confidential and is meant for the use of legitimate and approved clientele. The site is login required to assure that those accounts we desire to see our pricing are allowed to do so and shop freely, and those who are not authorized to login to our site are kept out. Unauthorized use of our site for the benefit of competitors, price shoppers, retail buyers, etc. is strictly prohibited. If you have created an account fraudulently and are using the site for self enrichment or for the enrichment of others, all options at law shall be available to LuvBuds, LLC., including but not limited to damages suffered do to the unauthorized use by you or anyone, agent, company or otherwise assisted by you in attaining information from this site not made public. You may be liable for damages which are unknown but significant. By utilizing the site for purposes other than typical shopping purposes may subject you to legal action.
Liability for state, district or municipality restrictions
LuvBuds LLC is an e-commerce-based distributor and takes no liability for state, district, or municipality restriction of the sale or use of items purchased from Shopluvbuds.com or third-party ordering platforms that order from shopluvbuds.com on your behalf. LuvBuds LLC product procurement and sales are based on and subject to the Colorado municipality and will therefore be of legal use and purchase within this district. If you are purchasing items from LuvBuds LLC, it is assumed that you are purchasing these items in accordance with the law of the land based on your state, district, or municipality. LuvBuds LLC will not authorize RMAs (Returned Merchandise Authorizations) based on state, district, or municipality laws in your area. All returns due to this reason will be treated as an unwanted item return and are subject to LuvBuds return policy regulations." Hazmat
Hazmat items are not "returnable" due to existing shipping laws, subsequently we can not bring items back to our warehouse for quality checks.
Please note that torches are VERY finicky and require some experience to operate and fill correctly. Ignorance of how to operate these items are not a refundable matter.
